Florence Rolando, London

Florence is the author of the wonderful Pirouette blog and a contributing editor at Milk Magazine. She lives in London with her husband and three children, a boy and two girls. Having also spent time in New York City, Paris and Milan, she is a well-known figure in the children's fashion world. For her, "my inspirations are drawn from the press and from the product assortment in stores more than on an observation of children in the streets. This Spring it's cool-dandy meets chic-rock, stripes-checks-bold prints all mixed together, lots of layering, scarfs, shirts on shirts. Black-grey-white as a base, with addition of red, blue, yellow." Her favorite brands for girls dresses include Makie, Honey Collection, Crewcuts by J.Crew, Dagmar Daley and Chakra Design. For shoes, it's Salt Water Sandal and Pepe. And for dress up, "I plan to buy the children's outfits for a wedding we'll attend in June at Tulip and Nettle." SHOP FLORENCE'S LIST >
